Modules
Group related lessons into modules. Each module has a title, an optional 180-char description, and an optional per-module instructor (used when courses are co-taught — see Multi-faculty courses).
Lesson types
- video — upload + transcript, with optional captions
- audio — lecture-style audio
- text — rich-text reading (Tiptap editor)
- pdf / document — attached files learners can open inline
- embed — Canva / Gamma / Slides / Notion / Figma / Loom
- quiz — built-in quiz player with multiple question types
- live — links to a scheduled live class
Free previews + lock
Toggle `isPreview` on any lesson to surface it publicly even when the course is paid — used as a sample for buyers. Toggle `isLocked` to gate a lesson behind enrolment regardless of pricing.
