Drip course content on a schedule: release modules N days after enrolment, or on a fixed calendar date. Use it for cohort courses, weekly newsletter-style content, or pacing learners through dense material.

Two scheduling modes per module: relative (N days after the learner enrols) or absolute (release on YYYY-MM-DD). Learners see locked modules in the curriculum with an unlock date — they're not invisible.
Cohort recipe
- Open enrolment for 7 days.
- Set all modules to absolute dates aligned with the cohort start.
- Pair with announcements to nudge learners on each unlock.
Relative vs absolute — which to use
- Relative (N days after enrolment) — best for evergreen, self-paced courses where everyone starts on their own day. Module 2 unlocks 7 days after each learner joins.
- Absolute (a fixed calendar date) — best for cohorts and live batches where everyone moves together, so Week 2 opens on the same day for the whole group.
What learners see
Locked modules aren't hidden — they appear in the curriculum with a clear unlock date, so learners can see what's coming and look forward to it. That anticipation is part of why drip improves completion versus dumping everything on day one.

- Can I mix modes in one course? Yes — drip each module independently; some relative, some absolute.
- Do learners get notified on unlock? Pair drip with announcements to nudge them as each module opens.
- Does drip change pricing? No — it only controls when content unlocks, not what it costs.
