Schedule a live class — single or recurring

Pick a course, set the start time, choose your meeting provider, hit save. Recurring schedules generate every instance up to a cap so you can edit any single occurrence.

/dashboard/classes/new. Fill in class details, host (defaults to you; admins can re-assign), schedule, and meeting link. Recurrence presets cover weekly / fortnightly / monthly / custom interval-days.

How notifications fan out

  • Enrolled students get an in-app notification.
  • Email goes out to every enrolled student with the meeting link.
  • WhatsApp dispatch fires for students with a phone on file.
  • A reminder fires 1 hour before the class.
