Schedule a live class — single or recurring
Pick a course, set the start time, choose your meeting provider, hit save. Recurring schedules generate every instance up to a cap so you can edit any single occurrence.

/dashboard/classes/new. Fill in class details, host (defaults to you; admins can re-assign), schedule, and meeting link. Recurrence presets cover weekly / fortnightly / monthly / custom interval-days.
How notifications fan out
- Enrolled students get an in-app notification.
- Email goes out to every enrolled student with the meeting link.
- WhatsApp dispatch fires for students with a phone on file.
- A reminder fires 1 hour before the class.
Recurring series
Choose a recurrence preset — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a custom interval in days — and we generate every instance up to a cap. Each occurrence is independent, so you can edit, reschedule or cancel a single class (say, a holiday week) without touching the rest of the series.
Tips
- Add the meeting link when you schedule so the link is already in the reminder emails.
- Admins can re-assign the host; by default the host is you.
- Use a consistent day/time for cohorts — predictability lifts attendance.
Common questions
- Can I change one class in a recurring series? Yes — each instance is editable on its own.
- Do students get reminded? Yes — in-app, email, and WhatsApp (if a phone's on file), plus a 1-hour-before reminder.
- Who can schedule? You for your own classes; admins can schedule and re-assign hosts.
