Memberships with monthly / annual / lifetime tiers

Recurring billing with grace periods, retry logic, dunning emails. Each tier can grant access to a curated bundle of courses, a community, or 1:1 office hours.

  • Tier intervals: 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days, or lifetime.
  • Grace period after a failed payment (default: 3 days).
  • Automatic dunning emails on each retry.
  • Cancel anytime — access stays until the end of the paid period.

What a tier can unlock

Each membership tier can grant access to a curated set of courses, a community/cohort space, recurring 1:1 office hours, or any combination — so you can run anything from a 'all my courses' subscription to a premium inner-circle. Higher tiers simply unlock more.

Billing, retries & dunning

Renewals bill automatically on the interval you set. If a payment fails, a grace period (default 3 days) keeps access on while we retry, and dunning emails nudge the member to update their method. If it still fails, access ends cleanly at the end of the grace window — no awkward manual chasing.

Common questions

  • What happens when a member cancels? Access continues until the end of the period they already paid for.
  • Can I offer monthly and annual? Yes — set multiple tiers/intervals (30/90/180/365 days or lifetime).
  • Do members keep access during a failed payment? Yes, through the grace period while retries run.
