Read the Payment Links board: who's paid, who hasn't
The Payment Links tab is your live status board. Six count cards across the top, a searchable table below, and a Copy button on every invite — so you always know who to chase.

Open the course → Payment Links tab. Everything updates live; hit the refresh button next to the search box to re-pull the latest invite data.
The six count cards
Across the top: Total, Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Expired, Not Invited — each with a live count. Click any card to filter the table to just that status. (See 'Payment statuses: the whole board' for what each one means.)
The table
- Student — name.
- Contact — email and phone.
- Status — the colour-coded badge (Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Expired, Not Invited).
- Invite — price, the channel it went 'via', the sent date, and the paid date.
- A Copy icon at the end of each invited row copies that student's payment link.
Act on it
- Filter to Unpaid, Select all, and Send Payment Links again to nudge everyone who hasn't paid.
- Filter to Not Invited to reach people you've never asked.
- Filter to Expired and re-send to mint fresh links.
- Search by name, email, or phone to find one person fast.
There's no separate 'opened/delivered' tracking or a campaign-history page — the board is the source of truth. A student is in exactly one status, and the counts always add up to Total.
