Payment link statuses: the whole board at a glance
Every recipient of a course payment link sits in exactly one status — Total, Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Expired, or Not Invited. This is what each one means and how to read the board.

On a course's Payment Links tab, the six cards across the top group every student by status so you can see, at a glance, where the money is. Click a card to filter the table to it. The counts add up — every student lives in exactly one bucket, and they sum to Total.
The statuses
- Total — every student in your workspace for this course: the whole list you could collect from. It's the sum of all the buckets below.
- Paid — they paid (or are enrolled). Done. Not selectable, so you can't re-charge them.
- Unpaid — they were invited (got a link) but haven't paid yet.
- Pending — a payment is in flight: started checkout, awaiting confirmation, or a slow method is clearing.
- Expired — their link passed its deadline (or was revoked) before they paid. Needs a fresh link.
- Not Invited — they're in your workspace but have never been sent a link for this course.
Read it as a funnel: Not Invited → Unpaid → Pending → Paid, with Expired as the leak. Your job each week is to move people rightward — invite the Not Invited, nudge the Unpaid, re-send to the Expired.
What to do with each bucket
- Not Invited → filter to it, Select all, Send Payment Links.
- Unpaid → re-send to nudge, or switch channel (email → WhatsApp).
- Pending → wait briefly; only act if it's stuck for a long time.
- Expired → select and Send again to issue fresh links.
- Paid → nothing — maybe welcome them.
