Expired & Not invited: the action states
These two are where your next sales come from. Not invited has never been asked to pay; Expired was asked but the window closed. Both just need a fresh link.

Not Invited
- What it means: they're in your workspace for this course but have never been sent a payment link for it.
- This is untapped demand — last term's students, a waitlist, people who enquired.
- Your move: in the Payment Links tab, click the Not Invited card to filter to them, Select all, and Send Payment Links.
Expired
- What it means: their link passed its deadline (or was revoked) before they paid, so it no longer works.
- Common when a short expiry (7 days) lapses before the student gets around to paying.
- Your move: filter to Expired, select them, and Send Payment Links again to issue fresh links — pick a longer expiry if short ones keep lapsing.
An Expired person was interested enough to be invited once — they're a warmer lead than Not invited. Prioritise re-issuing to Expired before cold-inviting brand-new people.
If you expired links on purpose (a sale ended), don't blanket-resend at the old discount — that defeats the deadline. Re-issue at the price you actually want now.
