Send a check-in or come-back nudge
The engagement table now ships with two always-visible buttons at the bottom of the page — Send check-in and Send come-back. They work whether or not you’ve selected rows.

Two buttons, two intents
Send check-in is the warm one — for students who are progressing but might benefit from encouragement. Send come-back is the rescue version — for students who’ve gone quiet. Both open the same preview dialog with editable subject + body and a multi-channel send (in-app + email + WhatsApp where opted in).
Recipients
- If you’ve ticked any rows, the nudge fires to that selection — count shown above the button.
- If nothing is ticked, the nudge fires to every student currently visible after your filters. The button label reflects this.
- Tighten the audience with the search field and filter chips first, then hit Send.
Before you send
The preview dialog shows the subject, the body, and a live email preview using your portal brand. Edit either freely — your changes ride along on every recipient in the batch. The system stamps {{name}} per recipient at send time, so you keep one template instead of N.
