Open /dashboard/inbox (sidebar → Community → Inbox). It aggregates five signals into one feed, sorted newest-first, with a count badge so you know at a glance whether there's work to do.
What shows up
- Open student questions (Doubts & Q&A)
- Discussions where you owe a reply
- Recent batch-room posts (last 7 days) where you're an admin or instructor
- New leads captured from your public site
- Unread blog comments based on each post's review marker
Needs attention vs Show all
Default view (Needs attention) only shows open / unresolved items. Flip to Show all to surface resolved doubts and contacted leads — useful when you've triaged something and want to find it again. Resolved items get a green Resolved badge.
Filter pills
Slice by source: Questions · Discussions · Batches · Leads · Blog. Each pill carries its own count.
Pre-sale signals are highlighted
Guest doubts (questions filed from your public course pages, not from logged-in students) and new leads get an accent border. They're the most revenue-sensitive items, so the eye should land there first.
