Replying from the Inbox
Type a response inline. Your reply fires in-app + email + WhatsApp to the original sender.

How to reply
Click Reply on any row that supports it (doubts, discussions, leads). The row expands with a textarea + Send button. Type your message, hit Send. The reply gets appended to the source AND a notification fires to the original sender across every channel they're reachable on.
Cross-channel fanout
- Doubt from a logged-in student → in-app bell + email + WhatsApp
- Doubt from a guest (public site) → email + WhatsApp (no in-app — they have no account)
- Discussion → in-app + email + WhatsApp to the discussion author
- Lead → email + WhatsApp; the lead is also auto-bumped from "new" to "contacted"
Mark resolved
For doubts, a Mark resolved button appears inside the reply panel — close the thread without sending a message. Resolved items disappear from the default view but remain visible under Show all with a Resolved badge.
Email + WhatsApp dispatch run through the same notifications pipeline used by class invites + assignment publishes. If SMTP isn't configured the email content is logged to the backend console so you can verify locally.
