Re-engage students who are slipping

The engagement hub already spots which students are drifting toward churn. With one button it tags them at-risk in your CRM and fires your re-engagement automations — turning a report into outreach.

Open the engagement hub (Students → Engagement, or /dashboard/students/engagement). The at-risk panel lists learners whose activity is fading.

From report to outreach

  • Select the at-risk students you want to reach.
  • Click Run automations on the selection bar.
  • Each selected student is tagged at-risk as a contact, and any automation you've set for that tag fires.

Set the automation first

For this to send anything, create an automation in Marketing: trigger 'When a contact gets a tag', tag = at-risk, action = an email or WhatsApp nudge. Then the button has something to run.

Today this is teacher-triggered — you decide when to run it from the hub. Fully automatic, scheduled at-risk detection is a planned extension.
