The Recordings index page

Every class with a recording in one searchable table — no hunting through individual classes.

Last updated May 20, 2026

Open /dashboard/recordings (sidebar → Teacher → Recordings). Every live class that has a recording_url shows up here, newest first.

What you see

  • Class title (links to the full class settings page)
  • Linked course (or — if it was an instant class)
  • Recorded date + time
  • Duration in minutes
  • Watch button — opens the same inline player dialog used everywhere else in the app

Search

Fuzzy search across class titles. Type a fragment, hits update live. Sort is always newest-first; pin / favourites coming in a future release.

Why a single index

Once you've run a few dozen live classes, finding 'that one session on revision' by clicking through individual classes is painful. The Recordings index puts every class that has a recording in one searchable, newest-first table, so you (and your team) can locate and re-share a recording in seconds — and reuse live sessions as evergreen content instead of letting them disappear.

Common questions

  • Which classes appear here? Any live class that has a recording attached — instant classes included.
  • How do I watch one? Hit Watch to open the same inline player used across the app; no download needed.
  • Can students see this page? It's the teacher's index (/dashboard/recordings); learners reach recordings via the course's Past Classes shelf.
