Your trial, your plan, your time left
How the new sidebar badge shows what plan you're on and exactly how many days remain — and what happens when the trial ends.

Where to see it
Every page in the dashboard now shows a small pill in the sidebar (or, on mobile, the top header) with your plan name and — if you're on a trial — the days remaining. Clicking the pill jumps straight to Billing & plan.
What the colours mean
- Blue / primary — you're in a trial. The pill reads e.g. 'Studio · 9 days left'.
- Neutral — you're on a paid plan in good standing. The pill reads just the plan name.
- Amber — your subscription is cancelled but you still have access until the period end. The pill shows the end date.
- Red / destructive — a recent payment failed. The pill reads 'payment overdue'. Open Billing to retry.
How the trial works
New workspaces start on a 14-day Studio trial with every paid feature unlocked. No card is needed to begin. If you don't upgrade by day 14, the workspace automatically returns to the free Starter plan — none of your content is lost, just the limits change.
Want to commit before the trial ends? Open Billing & plan and click Upgrade. The 30-day refund window starts on the upgrade payment date — see the Refund Policy for details.
