Payment link didn't work? Expired, wrong price & no link to copy

Most payment-link snags are one of a few things. Here's how to fix them from the Payment Links tab without redoing everything.

The link expired

Links are valid for the window you picked (7 / 14 / 30 / 60 days). Once past it the student shows as Expired. Fix: filter to Expired, select them, and Send Payment Links again to issue fresh ones — pick a longer expiry if short windows keep lapsing.

No Copy button on a row

The Copy icon only appears once a student has an invite. If you just want the URL without emailing it, select the row, choose 'Create links only' in the send dialog, then the Copy icon appears — copy it and paste it wherever you like.

Wrong price

A sent link carries the course price from when you sent it. To change it, fix the price on the course's Pricing tab, then re-send — that issues a new invite at the new price. (Already-paid students keep what they paid.)

Student isn't in the list

  • The Payment Links tab only shows students already in your workspace. If someone's missing, add them first (Students tab / import), then come back.
  • If the whole tab says 'No students in your workspace yet', add students before you can send any links.

Nothing got sent

Check the Send via choice — 'Create links only' deliberately sends nothing (it just generates links to copy). Pick Email, WhatsApp, or Email + WhatsApp to actually deliver. The post-send summary tells you how many emails went out.

When in doubt, re-send. The system reminds existing invites and skips already-enrolled students, so you won't double-charge anyone.
