Share a course: copy link, QR code, WhatsApp, email & to your community

The Share button opens one menu with every way to get a course in front of people — copy the link, print a QR code, fire off WhatsApp or email, or post it straight into one of your cohorts.

Click Share on a course to open the share menu. Every option points at the course's canonical public link — /p/<tenant>/courses/<slug> — so wherever someone taps, they land in the same place.

Copy link

Copies the public URL to your clipboard (the button flips to a checkmark to confirm). The fastest option when you just want to paste it somewhere yourself.

QR code

Opens a printable QR code you can Download as a PNG. Hint: 'Pop a printable code on a slide.' Perfect for a webinar slide, a flyer, or a poster — people scan and land on the course.

WhatsApp

Opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled (the course title + link), so you just pick a chat and send. Hint: 'Opens WhatsApp with text pre-filled.'

Email

Opens your mail app with the subject and body pre-filled (title, description, link). Hint: 'Opens your mail app with the link.'

Share to community

Posts the course into one of your cohorts. Hint: 'Post into one of your cohorts.' Pick the community (and a space if you have more than one), add an optional message, see a preview card, and Post — great for cross-selling to people already in your world.

Recordings, lessons, certificates, and other items use the same share menu. For a video, you also get an Embed code option — an iframe you can paste into any site.
Share is for discovery. To actually collect money for a paid course and attribute the sale, send a payment link — it carries the price and auto-enrols on payment, which a plain share link doesn't.
