Mark agenda items done in class

Add an agenda when you schedule the class. During the call, mark items done, skipped, or timestamped. Late joiners get a one-line recap of what they missed.

Last updated May 20, 2026

Set the agenda

Open the class edit form → Agenda section. Add items in order; each is a short string ('Recap last week', 'New material', 'Q&A'). The agenda renders in the host's right rail during the call and in the student waiting room before it.

During the class

  • Click an item to mark it Done — a timestamp is captured.
  • Right-click (or long-press on mobile) to mark Skipped instead.
  • Done count chip ('3 / 7') sits at the top of the panel — a live pacing signal.
  • Late joiners see a 'You missed: <list of done items>' banner when they enter, so they're not lost.

After the class

Done items + timestamps roll into the wrap wizard's summary draft. If you used the AI summary button, the agenda items seed the prompt so the recap reflects what actually happened, not what you planned.
