Find your library after a purchase
Your library lives inside the workspace you bought from. Open /p/<workspace>/library or the link in your receipt email.
Already signed in? The library finds your account automatically. Not signed in? Type the email the receipt was sent to — we'll match against your purchase history.
What's in your library
- Every course and product you've purchased or been enrolled in at that academy.
- Your place in each course, so you can resume where you left off.
- Receipts/invoices for your purchases.
Your library is per-academy: it lives inside the workspace you bought from. If you've bought from more than one academy on The Big Class, each has its own library at its own URL.
Common questions
- I can't find a course I bought. Make sure you're in the right academy's portal, and use the same email your receipt was sent to.
- Do I need an account? Access is tied to your account/email; sign in (or match by receipt email) to see everything.
- Where's my invoice? Each purchase's receipt links to its invoice from your library/receipt email.
