Marketing: the grow loop, end to end

Your workspace has a built-in CRM and automation engine. People become contacts, contacts carry tags, and automations watch for things happening (a purchase, a tag) and react — an email, a WhatsApp, another tag — instantly or after a wait. It's all on one page: Marketing in the sidebar.

Open Marketing from the sidebar (under Grow) or go to /dashboard/marketing. The page has two cards: Automations on top, Contacts below.

The loop

  • Capture — someone buys, opts in, or you add them. They become a contact.
  • Segment — contacts carry tags (customer, lead, at-risk, abandoned-checkout, plus any you add). Tags are how an automation knows who to reach.
  • Automate — an automation fires 'when <trigger> → do <action>', now or after a wait.
  • Reach — the action goes out over your existing email + WhatsApp senders.
Nothing here sends until YOU create an automation. Contacts and tags accumulate quietly; automations are the only thing that messages people, and only the ones you switch on.

What it replaces

This is the piece a plain 'sell courses' tool doesn't have: instead of manually emailing buyers or chasing drop-offs, you set a rule once and it runs on every future purchase, tag, or abandoned checkout.
