Track per student or per batch (same course, different pace)

Teaching the same course to two cohorts at different speeds, or coaching one learner 1:1? Make a board per batch or per student. Each tracks its own pace independently, and a per-student board is labelled with the learner's name.

One curriculum, many audiences. A single shared board can't show that your Tuesday batch is two weeks ahead of your Saturday batch, or where each private student has got to. Separate boards solve this cleanly.

The same course, tracked as independent boards — one per batch or per student — each at its own pace.

Create a per-batch board

Click New board, choose 'Per batch', pick the cohort, and optionally pick a course to seed the topics from. You get that course's lessons scoped to that batch — move them at that batch's pace without touching any other board.

Create a per-student board

Choose 'Per student' and pick the learner. The board starts blank so you can add exactly the topics that student needs (great for 1:1 tutoring), and it's labelled with their name in the gallery so you can find it at a glance.

Boards are independent: marking a topic taught on the Tuesday batch's board doesn't change the Saturday batch's board. Each has its own pacing, schedule, and resources.

Keep them in sync with the course

If you update the underlying course later, open each board and use Import from a course again — new lessons are added and existing ones are refreshed, while every board keeps its own status, dates, and resources.
