What's inside a payment link (an invite)
Each payment link is an 'invite' tied to one student and one course. The Invite column in the Payment Links tab shows everything it carries — price, channel, sent date, paid date — and its Status drives the whole board.

When you send a payment link, the system creates an invite for that student. Every row in the Payment Links tab is a student, and its Invite column is the record of the link you sent them.
What an invite carries
- Recipient — the one student it's for, so the payment attributes to them.
- Price — the course price at send time, shown in the Invite column (e.g. '₹1,999' or 'Free').
- Channel — how it was sent: 'via email', 'via whatsapp', or both.
- Sent date — 'Sent <day> <month>'.
- Paid date — 'Paid <day> <month>' in green, once they pay.
- Expiry — the link is valid for the window you picked when sending (7 / 14 / 30 / 60 days).
The Status it drives
Each student's Status is computed from their enrolment + invite: Paid (enrolled or invite paid), Pending (payment in progress), Expired (link expired or revoked), Unpaid (invited, not yet paid), or Not Invited (no link sent). These are the six cards across the top of the tab.
Bulk and single sends create the same kind of invite — selecting everyone just stamps one out per student. Everything here applies whether you sent to one person or the whole list.
